Formation of Grievance Redressal Cell
With a view to create an ambient teaching learning environment, the department of Commerce formed a Grievance redressal cell on January 2 ,2023. A complaint box was installed near the HOD room for the purpose of accepting written grievances from the students. The grievances received by the Head of the committee, Ms. Bisha Thomas are forwarded to the concerned Committee members, Ms Sumitha Pankanj, Ms.Ancy M and Ms.Anitta Jose, who look in to the problems depending upon the seriousness of the issue. They listen, record and scrutinise the grievances submitted to them and take necessary steps immediately.
