The Department of Commerce, Union Christian College, Aluva, in association with Prudent Academy and the ICMAI Cochin Chapter, organized a Career Guidance Programme titled “Future with Commerce” for first-year UG (Honours) students on 9th July 2026 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at MB Block, Room No. 38. The session was led by CA Ravikumar G., Chartered Accountant and Motivational Speaker, who provided valuable insights into the diverse career opportunities available in the field of commerce. He highlighted professional courses such as CA, CMA, and CS, discussed emerging career prospects, and emphasized the importance of developing the right skills, setting clear career goals, and making informed academic and professional decisions. The programme was coordinated by the Department of Commerce under the guidance of HoD Dr. Sumitha Pankaj, with faculty coordinators Rintu Jose and Preetha K. S. The interactive session motivated students to explore various career pathways, enhanced their awareness of professional opportunities, and inspired them to plan their future with confidence and clarity.
