Report: The students and faculty members of the Commerce Department, Union Christian College, Aluva visited Nirmalabhavan Home for the Aged and the Destitute , Thattampady on 16th January 2026,as part of a social extension programme. During the visit, students interacted with the inmates, listened to their experiences, and shared moments of warmth and companionship. The group also extended support by donating essential items contributing to the well-being of the residents. The visit helped students develop empathy, social responsibility, and a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by the elderly and the destitute.
